YOUR PRIVACY.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY.
Last updated: 19 October 2026. This notice explains how PYRINAS LTD handles personal information submitted through this website.
1. Who we are
PYRINAS LTD (company number 17453437), registered at 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom, is the controller of personal information collected through our enquiry form. To contact us about privacy or your rights, use the contact form on our home page and write “Privacy request” in the message.
2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your first name, last name, email address, message and, if you choose to provide it, your telephone number. Our hosting and form service may also process technical information needed to receive and secure your submission, such as IP address and request metadata. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
3. Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use this information to read, respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and to protect the website against spam and misuse. Our usual lawful basis is our legitimate interests in communicating with people who contact us and operating a secure website. Where your enquiry involves steps towards a contract, contractual necessity may also apply. We do not use enquiry details for marketing without a separate lawful basis.
4. Who processes the information
We use Netlify to host the website and process contact form submissions. If we enable email notifications, our email provider also processes enquiry details. We may share information with professional advisers when reasonably necessary and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell enquiry information.
5. International processing
Some service providers may process personal information outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires it, we will rely on appropriate transfer safeguards or another permitted transfer mechanism. The relevant providers' terms and safeguards should be reviewed before launch.
6. How long we keep it
We aim to delete routine enquiries within 12 months after the last meaningful correspondence unless we need to retain them longer for an ongoing business relationship, legal obligations or a dispute. We will review retention settings in Netlify and any email mailbox used for notifications.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Contact us using the form on our home page with “Privacy request” in the message. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Cookies and tracking
We do not intentionally install advertising pixels, nonessential analytics cookies, or marketing trackers on this landing page. For this reason, there is currently no optional tracking for visitors to accept or reject and no cookie consent banner is displayed. Fonts are served from our own website rather than requested from Google Fonts. Essential hosting or security technologies may also be used. We will reassess this notice and any cookie consent requirements if tracking or new services are introduced.
9. Security and updates
We use HTTPS for the published site and restrict access to enquiries to authorised personnel. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice as our services change.
Before publishing: Confirm the actual email provider, Netlify's processing and transfer terms, and that the stated 12 month retention period matches your operational settings.
